Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams including Development, QA, DevOps, technical analyst, and production support.
Drive operational excellence across the full software delivery lifecycle.

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects with a focus on quality and scalability.
Implement best practices in agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure system reliability, performance monitoring, and incident management.
Foster collaboration across product, business, and engineering teams.
Mentor team members and promote cross-training and career development.
Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.
Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve system stability.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including oversight of Development, QA, DevOps, and Support functions.
Recent hands-on experience with enterprise technologies including .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
Proven success in managing both legacy infrastructure and cloud-native environments.
Experience in financial services, preferably retirement services or similar domains.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software architecture, and ITIL or similar support frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
Experience with External integrations with data feeds to aggregators.
Experience with Record Keeping systems such as FIS FRP or Omni platforms is a strong advantage.
