Responsibilities
Develop long-term **IT strategies and roadmaps** aligned with client business goals
Conduct **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)** and ongoing VCIO sessions
Build and manage **IT budgets**, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
Identify and mitigate **security, compliance, and operational risks**
Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy
Recommend **upgrades, migrations, and standardizations** to reduce risk and improve efficiency
Deliver impactful **sales presentations and consultative recommendations**
Support strategic sales and marketing campaigns; contribute to new business wins
Represent ONE 2 ONE at community events, vendor trainings, and industry conferences
Requirements
Previous experience in a **Managed Service Provider (MSP)** or recurring revenue environment
Strong understanding of **IT frameworks** such as ITIL, NIST, or COBIT
Proven success in **strategic IT leadership** — CIO, IT Director, or senior advisory role preferred
Business-savvy and able to **translate technology into ROI and value**
Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with CEOs and technicians
Experienced in **sales support and consultative selling**
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
