About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the in-house maintenance team
- Act as deputy to the Center Manager
- Support the smooth technical operation of the center within our maintenance team
- Internal coordination and supervision of construction measures, e.g., during tenant changes or maintenance and repair works on the property
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory and fire safety requirements
- Provide immediate technical support and assist with maintenance works
- Inspection of all building systems, including fault analysis, as well as commissioning and oversight of testing and maintenance appointments
- Identification, recording and documentation of warranty defects and insurance claims
- Obtaining quotations and preparing tenders for service providers and various trades for ongoing site operations
- Processing invoice workflows in SAP
- Monitoring and optimizing the operating costs budget and supporting service charge reconciliation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade, preferably in electrical engineering or gas/water installation
- Experience in construction/project management
- Solid technical understanding, manual skills and a hands-on mentality
- Proven experience in property/facility management and in carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work, weekends and on-call duty)
- A valid driving license
