About the role
- Videographer and Producer involved in productions focusing on social media formats at content agency Moyn Media Schwiiz. Collaborating closely with the Creative Producer and post-production team.
Responsibilities
- Als Videograph:in & Producer:in bist du direkt in unsere Produktionen eingebunden und übernimmst Verantwortung für Bild, Ton und Schnitt – mit Fokus auf Social-Media-Formate.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Creative Producer und dem Postproduktionsteam zusammen.
- Du wirst: eigenständig kleinere Drehs umsetzen (z. B. Interviews, B-Roll, Social Clips)
- Ton & Licht bei kompakten Setups selbstständig betreuen
- regelmässig on Location in der Deutschschweiz unterwegs sein
- bei Story-Aufbau, Hooks und visueller Umsetzung aktiv mitdenken
- das produzierte Material schneiden (Premiere Pro, optional DaVinci o. ä.)
Requirements
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit professionellen Kamerasystemen (z. B. Sony)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Formaten (Reels, TikToks, Shorts etc.) und Verständnis für plattformspezifische Anforderungen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch bei kleinen Produktionen in Eigenverantwortung
- Professionelles und sympathisches Auftreten am Set sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
- Flexibilität für Drehs an verschiedenen Locations in der Deutschschweiz (Halbtags- oder Tagesproduktionen)
