About the role
- Senior Podcast Producer responsible for managing multiple podcasts at Podimo, ensuring quality and leading creative teams in Amsterdam. Driving new podcast ideas from concept to publication.
Responsibilities
- Als eindredacteur ben je inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk voor meerdere podcasts
- Je stuurt per podcast de hosts, producers en stagiairs inhoudelijk aan
- Je bent manager van twee tot drie producers op het gebied van persoonlijke ontwikkeling
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de podcast en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je bedenkt nieuwe podcasts en ontwikkelt deze van idee tot publicatie
- Je neemt actief deel aan de redactievergadering, eindredactievergadering en andere content meetings
- Je zet jouw unieke ervaring en achtergrond in om iets nieuws toe te voegen aan het Nederlandse podcastlandschap.
Requirements
- +4 jaar werkervaring als audiomaker of journalist
- Ervaring met leidinggeven aan journalisten/creatieven
- Je weet hoe je van een pitch een goede podcast maakt
- Je kunt (audio) monteren
- Je houdt altijd het overzicht.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als een positieve en proactieve teamspeler
- Je haalt energie uit nieuwe uitdagingen en een snel veranderende omgeving.
