Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of 300+ engineers across multiple regions
- Drive the end-to-end software engineering strategy for Linac Software Solutions
- Develop and execute a long-term technology and capability roadmap to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness
- Promote best-in-class engineering practices and a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Devices Engineering, Product Management, Regulatory, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field
- Extensive senior leadership experience in international engineering environments
- Proven success in the medical device industry and product development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams with a results-oriented approach
