Manage and optimize the Casualty underwriting portfolio to achieve a balanced and profitable book of business.
Lead and manage a team of Underwriting Assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure efficient workflow and professional development.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Casualty underwriting roles within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of Casualty products and coverages, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Auto Liability.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and underwriting data effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
