About the role
- UI/UX Designer shaping impactful user interfaces and experiences for a digital-first brand. Collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams in a creative environment focusing on user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design for impactful user experiences and visually engaging user interfaces – intuitive, seamless, engaging digital customer journey.
- Ensure our digital experiences consistently reflect and reinforce our brand identity , fostering strong emotional connections with our users.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes , and visual designs for web, mobile platforms and digital communication formats (e.g. CRM).
- Craft designs with a mobile-first mindset , ensuring responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System for consistency and scalability.
- Interpret data and analytics to inform design decisions that enhance set KPIs (especially conversion and engagement).
- Collaborate closely within the matrix organization between marketing, e-commerce, IT and creative teams.
- Optimize processes and challenge the status quo with new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Min. 3-5 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile-first design work (mobile app is a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and usability – premium and playful aesthetics.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable design systems, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Experience understanding user research, usability and A/B testing ; ability to interpret analytics and user behavior to refine designs.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to present and iterate design concepts effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bonus Points: experience with AI-powered design tools for prototyping, automation, or asset generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German is a plus.
