We are looking for a **Training Analyst** who will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to the training activities of a project in the automotive sector, focusing on the areas of After Sales.
You will be involved in organizing technical classes, managing the logistics of training vehicles, and supporting the delivery of face-to-face and online training, ensuring operational efficiency and high quality standards in delivery.
**Working Location: **Jundiaí/SP.
**Main Activities:**
Plan and support the execution of in-person and online training classes.
Manage registrations, attendance lists, and participant feedback.
Prepare reports on attendance, performance, and training effectiveness indicators.
Prepare rooms, equipment, and support materials.
Support instructors and other areas involved, ensuring the smooth running of sessions.
Keep administrative controls up to date (schedule, documentation, reports, and records).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and communication with stakeholders.
**Specific Activities:**
Manage the logistics of vehicles used in technical training (control of fueling, cleaning, scheduling, and fleet availability).
Organize logistics for students and instructors (transportation, accreditation, and materials).
Assist in setting up and dismantling technical rooms and automotive practice areas.
Control the use of vehicles and equipment, ensuring integrity and availability for use.
Support the technical team during training, providing operational support and infrastructure monitoring.
Prepare specific reports on technical training and indicators related to the After-Sales area.
Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with schedules.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Training Analyst or in a related role.
Experience in automotive industry projects is desirable.
Knowledge of after-sales routines will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, reports, and controls).
Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Proactive and results-oriented profile.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
Availability for the hybrid model (3x/week min) (Jundiaí/SP).
