About the role
- Trade Accrual and Fixed Fund Loading Analyst supporting Trade Fund Management processes at Clorox. Ensuring compliance with policies and executing fund loading in trade management systems.
Responsibilities
- Support trade fund approvals process ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority
- Manage retention of all trade fund deployment approvals
- Execute loading/unloading of funds in the trade funds management systems
- Manage fund loading requests from cross-functional partners
- Load and validate fund accrual rates in trade funds management systems
- Execute internal compliance controls for areas of operation
- Support quarterly audit of certain trade fund activities
Requirements
- BA/BS Accounting or other technical discipline
- Advanced Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Finance, Accounting background; Financial planning and analysis experience
- Altyrex; Exceedra; SAP
- Audit control documentation experience
