- Planning all test phases in agile, hybrid, or process-oriented project approaches

- Coordinating and leading test teams

- Developing and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring the creation and execution of test cases
- Preparing and delivering coaching and training sessions
- Monitoring the software testing market
- Delivering technical presentations on software testing
- Preparing and conducting test process assessments and test audits
Requirements
- University degree in a technical or scientific field
- Broad IT knowledge and experience leading test teams of five or more members
- Many years of professional experience in quality assurance (QA) or quality management (QM)
- Proven knowledge of test techniques and strategies
- Methodical and structured working style
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel without restriction
- Practical experience with test management tools such as MF Octane, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Xray is an advantage
- ISTQB certification(s) desirable
