About the role

Responsibilities
- Engineering of train radio system solutions in response to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Site inspections of rail vehicles and preparation of technical documentation.
- Independent organization and execution of fault analyses (including on-site), customer training, and first- and second-level support analyses.
- Coordination of problem resolution with development and other necessary partners.
- Analyzing and testing issues.
- Documentation of problems and solutions.

Requirements
- University of applied sciences / technical college / bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or many years of experience in a similar environment
- Technical understanding and the willingness and ability to master new technological complexities
- Knowledge of project management and sales is an advantage
