Responsibilities
Implement, integrate, and optimize 3D assets within Unity, ensuring visual fidelity, efficient performance, and consistency across platforms
Collaborate with artists and engineers to establish and maintain efficient art pipelines
Drive improvements in asset creation workflows, shader development, and animation systems to streamline production
Provide guidance on best practices for scene management, lighting, and rendering optimization
Support the art team with tools and scripts that improve iteration speed and production efficiency
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to art assets, performance, and engine integration
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Artist or related role in game development, preferably in Unity-based projects
Deep understanding of Unity engine, including asset integration, animation systems, materials, and lighting
Strong grasp of 3D asset optimization, LOD systems, and performance profiling
Solid foundation in art fundamentals such as composition, color, and visual hierarchy
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with both artists and engineers in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Analytical mindset and proactive approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical challenges
