Responsibilities
- Partner integrations:
- 1-Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
- 2-Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.
- Communication:
- 1-Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
- 2-Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
- Continuous Improvement:
- 1-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- 2-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Requirements
- Must haves:
- 1-Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- 2-Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
- 3-Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
- 4-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly desirable:
- 1-Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
