Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain an external talent pipeline, proactively sourcing high-quality candidates and fostering relationships for future opportunities.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Best Practices: Stay informed about external recruitment best practices, developing creative and alternative sources of talent.
Contribute to special Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with overall TA strategy and business goals
Requirements
Master’s or equivalent degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
