About the role
- Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end hiring processes for STAYS S.A., a Travel Tech company specializing in short-term rental solutions. Building recruitment strategies and providing positive candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed briefings with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles, expectations and challenges for open positions;
- Define sourcing and candidate attraction strategies;
- Manage selection processes using ATS platforms (Sólides/InHire);
- Conduct competency-based and cultural-fit interviews, and administer technical case studies and specific assessments;
- Support hiring managers in decision-making by preparing structured evaluations and insights on candidates;
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate funnel, quality of hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction);
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthening the STAYS brand;
- Ensure a positive and humane candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling roles from technical to managerial levels;
- Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment tools;
- Experience with recruitment platforms (ATS) and recruitment performance metrics;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously;
- Intermediate to advanced English.
