About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the system and specialist administration of IT systems in the market communication environment: B2B by practice (middleware with a focus on utility/provider environments)
- Support of AS4 communication and API services
- Integration and communication with third-party systems
- You independently handle customer support requests in accordance with the relevant technical guidelines
- You assist in planning, implementing and testing IT application systems
- You can work on innovations within projects and incorporate the insights gained from daily support
- You independently check the performance, currency and operational readiness of the applications in your area of responsibility (housekeeping)
- You ensure reliable and consistent data backups of archived messages
- You identify incidents and can initiate measures to resolve them
Requirements
- You have a completed vocational or university qualification in computer science, business informatics or a related field, or equivalent vocational training with professional experience
- Ideally, you have knowledge of and interest in Java and SQL
- You have strong communication skills and business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- You are characterized by a systematic, independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
