About the role
- Lead Sustainability Program Manager driving corporate sustainability strategy and programs at WhiteWater. Collaborating on environmental initiatives to support corporate ESG commitments while creating fun for families globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead WhiteWater’s corporate sustainability strategy and programs to advance our ESG commitments
- Oversee initiatives related to greenhouse gas measurement, ISO 14001 environmental management, and ESG reporting
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure responsible operations
- Manage program and project schedules, budgets and resource requirements
- Drive all sustainability initiatives, function as prime point of contact for all sustainability queries
- Manage and oversee teams of cross-functional members
- Engage and manage stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification
- ESG and GHG certifications required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sustainability, environmental management, GHG measurement, and ESG program leadership
- Proven experience managing corporate sustainability programs, including GHG measurement, ISO 14001 systems, and ESG reporting
- Experience leading external audits, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability communications
- Exposure to sustainable product design / innovation and R&D collaborations is an asset
