Responsibilities
- Support the CSO and leadership team in developing, refining and executing Admicom’s company strategy
- Facilitate the strategy execution follow-up process
- Work on strategic analyses and business insights that help guide Admicom’s growth agenda
- Gather, structure, and analyze data on our markets, customers, and business performance
- Contribute to Admicom’s M&A and international expansion agenda
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally from consulting or in-house strategy or analysis roles
- Strong analytical skills — both quantitative and qualitative
- Solid business acumen and structured problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills: you can summarize complex topics clearly and build alignment
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both spoken and written, is required for this role
