Responsibilities
- Als Software Engineer (m/w/d) treibst du unsere Produktentwicklung voran
- Verantwortung entlang des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus übernehmen

- Gestaltung des Produkts und der technischen Richtung als eines der ersten drei Teammitglieder im Bereich Software
- Entwicklung von Konzepten basierend auf Kunden-Feedback, Iteration und Umsetzung - Verantwortung für komplette Features End-to-End über den gesamten Stack.
- Bau einer zuverlässigen, erweiterbaren Architektur mit modernem Tech-Stack und Schlüsselrolle beim Ausliefern neuer Features an unsere Kunden.
Requirements
- Mindestens Bachelorabschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit React, TypeScript, Django, Python, Docker
- Erfahrung im Shipping von Produkten/Features in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Selbstwirksamkeit & Ownership: Du managst Workstreams und Verantwortlichkeiten effektiv und proaktiv
- Du bist wirklich Full-Stack: sicher in Backend & Frontend und im Deployen auf Cloud-Services
- Wohlfühlen im Start-up-Umfeld: Du siehst Ungewissheit als Chance und experimentierst gerne
- Du kommunizierst sehr klar – schriftlich wie mündlich – mit Kunden und im Team
