You have worked at the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), ideally in Employer Services
You are familiar with the Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz, QCG) and know how subsidized training programs are processed
You are structured, solution-oriented and work independently
You are confident using tools such as Slack, Front, Fibery and similar
You speak fluent German and use AI in your daily work
