Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID
- Lead the migration from SCCM to Intune, including application rationalization, packaging, and deployment
- Develop and maintain compliance and security baselines, ensuring all devices meet organizational and regulatory standards
- Utilize Endpoint Analytics for proactive maintenance, reporting, and remediation
- Partner with global IT teams to drive standardization, automation, and best practices in desktop solutions
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to local IT teams and end-users.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in similar position
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
- Microsoft Certified
- Experience with ITIL Framework and service delivery processes
- Experience with Cloud and Office 365 migrations
- Strong understanding of Windows 11 OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory and Entra ID
- Troubleshooting experience with end-user devices
- Experience with device enrollment, compliance configuration, and application deployment in Intune
- Scripting for automation experience
- Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions and security best practices.
