- Work with protection engineers and perform quality reviews on relay setting packages
- Create logic diagrams for IEC61850 substations
- Work directly with clients and remote office locations
- Support a full range of project planning activities through design and construction support
- Prepare relay settings from 4.16kV through 500kV including relay set points, logic diagrams, configuration files, and documentation
- Solve challenging substation engineering problems
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Internship experience (for Associate Level)
- Three plus years of related experience (for Intermediate Level)
- Experience creating relay settings and logic diagrams
- Capable of understanding Aspen OneLiner and/or Siemen’s CAPE
- Experience with protective relay coordination studies
- Familiarity with Schweitzer AcSELerator QuickSet, General Electric EnerVista, and Schneider Electric MiCOM software is a plus
- EIT/PE License is favorable
