Senior Workday Reporting Analyst managing reporting and analytics within HR at a leading financial services company. Leads complex projects and creates custom reports for functional users.
Responsibilities
Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
Self-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end, holistic, sustainable solutions
Leads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative
Creates, designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users
Experience in Time Tracking & Absence configuration and Reporting preferred
Maps data, creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday, and leads in data validation to ensure data quality
Works on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures)
Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc
Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related human resources experience
Must have at least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting
Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting
Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
Strong attention to detail
Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment
Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Must be able to work on site at least 6 days/month.
