About the role
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Collaborate with Operations and Data Engineering to standardize metrics, ensure data quality and support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports, ensuring clarity, usability and alignment with business needs;
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and MIS teams to define and refine KPIs, metrics and performance indicators;
- Analyze data to identify insights, trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement in operational processes;
- Ensure the quality, integrity and consistency of the data used in visualizations and analyses, working in partnership with Data Engineering teams;
- Create and maintain analytical documentation, metrics dictionaries and business rules;
- Support the standardization of DataViz best practices, storytelling and user experience (UX) in analytical products;
- Lead technical and business discussions to align analytical solutions with the company strategy;
- Monitor and evolve existing dashboards, proposing performance, visual and usability improvements;
- Work collaboratively in agile projects, supporting the team from conception through delivery of analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Systems or similar);
- Solid experience as a Data/BI/Analytics Analyst with a strong focus on Data Visualization;
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and extraction in analytical environments;
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI (semantic modeling, DAX, performance and visual best practices);
- Knowledge of data modeling for analytics (dimensional modeling, metrics and indicators);
- Experience in cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS);
- Ability to translate business problems into clear analyses and visualizations focused on decision-making;
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders;
