Responsibilities
- Specializing in Power Platform to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Explore and integrate new AI functionalities, extending solutions by leveraging Azure AI Foundry capabilities
- Be involved in complex coding challenges and advanced software architecture
- Handle Power Platform administration tasks
- Lead development projects with hands-on coding using TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies
- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated Power Platform solutions (Model Driven App, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
- Build advanced custom components and integrations using TypeScript, React, and Azure services
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing applications with complex business logic
- Develop and maintain Azure Functions, integrate with Application Gateway, Azure Logic App, and Service Bus
- Perform ongoing maintenance and administration of Power Platform environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
- Create and optimize business processes using both code-first and low-code approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular performance tuning, security reviews, and system upgrades
- Ensure solution quality through thorough testing and comprehensive documentation
Requirements
- Senior-level proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Application Gateway, Entra ID, and Logic Apps
- 3+ years of senior-level software development experience with modern web technologies
- Proficient in REST APIs, web services integration, and microservices architecture
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development and administration
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing customization
- Proficient in Power Platform administration and governance, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Experience with Copilot Studio and advanced Power Platform components
- Expert in building complex PCF controls using TypeScript
- Familiar with Azure AI Foundry and related services (Azure AI Search, Agent Service)
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into business applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or equivalent) are a bonus
