Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver new features for our innovative products across AI, GovTech, Logistics, and R&D domains
- Build and maintain scalable microservices using the Symfony framework
- Design and work with GraphQL APIs for efficient data handling
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and the product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - data scientists, UX designers, and business analysts - to create impactful solutions
- Participate in AI- and data-driven solution design, applying modern technologies to real-world challenges
- Optimize system performance and database efficiency for reliability and scalability
- Engage in R&D initiatives and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in PHP with the Symfony framework
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of Docker and containerization principles
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
- Experience using message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ)
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- We consider the following experience as an advantage
- Experience working with GraphQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI
