About the role
- Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and developing existing ones in the production software sector. Focus on MES, CAQ, APS, MOM solutions and their sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell our production-oriented software solutions - MES, CAQ, APS, MOM
- Focus on acquiring new customers; manage and further develop existing accounts
- Analyze customer requirements and develop solution concepts in close cooperation with all relevant project stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification, through preparing and developing proposals, to negotiation strategy and contract closing
- Present our products to (inter)national customers in online formats, at trade shows and events
- Monitor relevant market developments and proactively contribute ideas to further optimize our sales processes
Requirements
- Experience selling complex, consultative software solutions – ideally in production-related IT environments (MES, CAQ, APS, MOM)
- Completed commercial or industry-related vocational training, or a degree in manufacturing or automation engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong communicator who consistently builds your network online and offline – you enjoy social selling
- Willingness to travel and very good German and good English language skills
