About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on regulatory matters, addressing strategic and recurring requests from all areas of the Company;
- Actively participate in public consultations and submissions, ensuring business compliance with current regulations and anticipating legal risks and opportunities that may impact the Company's operations and sustainable growth;
- Conduct legal analyses in due diligence processes, focusing on regulatory and reputational risks;
- Build close relationships with internal teams, acting as a strategic partner in decision-making;
- Manage regulatory legal risks, staying informed about business activities and providing technical guidance to identify, assess and mitigate financial and reputational risks;
- Provide strategic legal counsel with a focus on practical, cost-efficient solutions that enable opportunities within legal boundaries;
- Develop deep knowledge of the Company's business to ensure prompt, accurate legal support aligned with operational needs.
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Postgraduate qualification preferred in Contracts, Civil Law, Corporate Law or Public Law;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong experience in regulatory advisory work, including liaison with Regulatory Agencies, participation in public consultations and analysis of regulatory impacts on the business;
- Experience drafting and negotiating medium- to high-complexity contracts.
