About the role

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright
- Work independently on automation projects, taking ownership of end-to-end testing processes

- Lead small teams or project segments, demonstrating leadership in guiding junior engineers when necessary
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) and/or Cypress
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously
- Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to guide and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
