About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the reporting subject matter expert by educating oneself on key data inputs, models, and KPIs.
- Own product intake for any new reports or integrations including defining business requirements.
- Build, maintain, and streamline reporting practices, including the development of interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance.
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to address business needs, translating data from multiple sources into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Design and optimize analytics processes to deliver actionable insights that enhance revenue, margin, and operational performance.
- Build a framework for analyzing and identifying anomalies in store shrink adjustments.
- Partner with loss prevention, accounting, and internal controls to develop monitoring and correction actions to mitigate financial risk around inventory adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail, business analytics, or operations with exposure to analyzing data and synthesizing findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong technical skills with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, etc.) for dashboards and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, data modeling)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or demand planning-systems (SAP, IBP, Oracle, etc.)
