Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle including sourcing, marketing, and new product development
- Work with and train sales forces
- Negotiate pricing with vendors
- Visit vendors to develop products
- Coordinate materials with vendors
- Provide coaching and training to the product management team
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
- Review monthly financial performance and determine contributing factors
- Prepare product forecasts
- Analyze sales trends and competitive strategies
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to reduce Cost of Goods
- Manage inventory focusing on eliminating surplus
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Conduct effective market research
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pursuing an MBA degree to be completed by June 2026
- At least 4 years experience in marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice in the healthcare industry
- Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources
- Experience collecting and analyzing financial data
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
