About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap (12+ months)
- Prioritize initiatives and demonstrate product performance improvement using data analysis
- Translate high-level goals into clear PRDs and manage the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and adjacent tech teams
- Execute product discovery to find opportunities
- Drive consensus and alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams
Requirements
- Experience in product management
- Experience working with data scientists and operations researchers
- Understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data architecture principles
- Experience with prioritization methodology (ie RICE) and other product frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executives
- Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams
