Responsibilities
You build and manage all campaigns independently and optimize their performance daily (LinkedIn / Google Ads / Facebook, etc.)
You analyze and interpret all relevant KPIs (CPC, ROI, etc.) and coherently report performance developments to management
You monitor our budgets and allocate them optimally
In collaboration with your manager and external agencies, you focus on driving our revenue growth
You always keep the customer journey in mind
You regularly develop new ideas for our products, ensuring continuous improvement of our activities
Requirements
Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Data Management, etc.)
Relevant professional experience: at least two years of B2B online marketing experience
Proficient across B2B online marketing channels (SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as Instagram and Facebook
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
Excellent written and spoken German and English — Spanish skills are a plus
