- Define and own the content and community strategy for Pico.
- Line manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, enforcing best practices in authoring, validation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Lead the editorial roadmap and content freshness program.
- Ensure all technical documentation meets a rigorous definition of done based on Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness and Transparency standards.
- Own the vision for our YouTube channel.
- Apply SEO best practices and work with the Growth & Digital team
- Oversee community engagement metrics and ensure educational programs contribute to pipeline generation and customer retention.
- Champion the responsible use of AI to optimize content drafting, structuring, QC, translation, and analytics workflows.
- Maintain our ambitious <180-day content freshness target with measurable uplift in organic traffic.
- Grow YouTube channel performance and overall community engagement.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading technical content strategy, preferably within the test & measurement or deep-tech sector.
- Proven track record in people leadership and line management.
- Strong editorial skills with a commitment to evidence-driven content development.
- Proven knowledge of SEO, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- A skilled collaborator comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and PR stakeholders.
