Responsibilities
Positions support coordination, documentation, analysis, acquisition functional activities, MS365 automation, help desk functions, and administrative/data entry.
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including SOPs, end-user guides, CONOPS, business process flowcharts.
Produce meeting minutes, action item logs, and coordination summaries within required timelines.
Support project documentation such as POA&Ms, project schedules, and reports.
Assist in course development and training material production.
Assist in SharePoint/Teams site setup, structure, permissions, workflows, and content management.
Support data entry, research, and analysis as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of technical writing or documentation QA experience.
Experience producing policies, SOPs, test plans, training materials, and system documentation.
Minimum 3 years experience with ePS, ITIMP, or SPS (any combination).
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools including SharePoint/Teams.
