Responsibilities
Serve as an enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on global reward related topics
Lead and deliver enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs
Drive cross-functional collaboration by consulting with CoE’s and HR partners
Support the Marsh McLennan Compensation Leader in driving strategic initiatives
Partner closely with People Experience Chief of Staff and CoE leaders
Research industry trends and best practices in rewards
Support regional and global project work related to reward programs
Apply a consultative skillset to reward-related themes
Requirements
