Requirements
- Proficiency in Java: Mastery of the Java programming language, including best practices, design patterns, and the tooling ecosystem.
- Prompt Engineering: Practical, proven experience in prompt engineering, with the ability to design and optimize interactions with language models to achieve accurate and efficient results.
- Acceleration with Generative AI: Skill and experience using Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate various activities across the development lifecycle, from code generation to data analysis and process optimization.
- Process Automation: Ability to implement development process automation scripts using Python, Shell scripts, or other languages.
- Test Automation: Experience developing across multiple layers of the testing pyramid.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and version control (Git).
- Experience with Spring Boot: Knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
- Database Experience: Experience with relational databases, especially Postgres, and with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis, including data modeling, query optimization, and basic administration.
- Asynchronous Interactions and Event-Driven Architectures: Experience designing and implementing systems based on asynchronous interactions, event-driven architectures, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
