Responsibilities
- Provide expert support in attracting large international companies to Lithuania.
- Develop sales strategies and plans, create Lithuania's value proposition and share it with the world's leading defence sector companies and manufacturing industry players.
- Help build a strong network of international C-level executives of well-known global companies, business consultants, and service providers.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities that present Lithuania in a positive light.
- Take part in various events while proactively looking for direct foreign investment opportunities in Lithuania.
- Keep a close eye on global trends in Aviation MRO, defence and other manufacturing industries.
- Improve and innovate with a results-focused approach.
Requirements
- Your unique experience – at least 3-4 years in the field of sales, management consulting or business development, preferably in an international B2B environment.
- An understanding of Lithuania’s business environment and basic economic literacy, an interest in investment attraction in the field of defence, aviation and advanced manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of the defence and Aviation MRO sector (both in Lithuania and abroad) is a big plus.
- Experience in real estate law, energy and legislative processes in Lithuania would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and IT literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
