About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity by following standard engineering practices
- Build, test and modify hardware product prototypes, and determine power requirements
- Plan, organizes and conducts technical projects within new or enhanced hardware products or systems
- Demonstrate self-initiative and implement work plans and schedules
- Perform, design and develop engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems, including development of new products or updates to existing products
- Ensure applicability of component design and conformity of products and disciplines to established standards as well as specifications
- Understand and adhere to cost targets established during the program design phase
- Use tools appropriately with technical guidance and complete tasks as well as assignments under normal supervision
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of related experience
- Proficiency in hardware (EE, ME) or Firmware
- Understand the fundamental schematic, layout, CAD, Pro-E or related engineering tools.
- Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by applying fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good team player and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree (Must), or Master's Degree (plus)
