About the role
- Senior Hardware Developer focused on P&D for global markets. Responsible for complete product lifecycle from conception to mass production in Campinas.
Responsibilities
- Work on R&D hardware projects with advanced architectures for global markets.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from conception and architecture definition to prototyping and mass production.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in related areas.
- Strong experience in mixed-signal, analog and digital systems development and hardware design, including high-frequency design, HDI PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, EMC/EMI, and DFM.
- End-to-end hardware design: schematics, simulation, PCB, and industrialization.
- Knowledge of communication systems (optical, wired, etc.), protocols, and embedded hardware interfaces.
- Knowledge of high-speed interface design.
- Solid knowledge of quality processes.
- Preferred: dynamic profile with autonomy and proactivity in decision-making.
- Teamwork in an organized, documented manner, focused on creating and improving the company's knowledge base.
- Experience with Altium.
- Basic programming concepts (C, Python, Git).
