About the role
- Mobile App Developer working with React Native & Expo to create impactful applications in Germany. Collaborating on features, API integrations, and ensuring quality via automated testing and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop a mobile app that people across Germany use daily
- Implement new features for our React Native & Expo app and leverage modern AI tools
- Bring Figma designs to life and ensure an excellent user experience
- Integrate native interfaces (e.g. Health) as well as third-party services and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Own debugging across multiple devices and write automated tests
- Support the entire process from CI/CD and deployment to monitoring
Requirements
- At least 2 years of solid professional experience developing with React Native & Expo
- Confident working with TypeScript
- Experienced in using CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Experience with Android Studio, Xcode and simulators
- Rely on automated tests and work independently following Clean Code principles
- Confident German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
