About the role
- Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer solving complex business issues at AAA. Providing technical leadership and collaborating on innovative insurance claims solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
- Design, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter programs and integrations
- Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
- Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
- Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
- Develop cost-effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
Requirements
- Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenter
- Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programming
- Ability to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter integrations
- Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)
