About the role
- Senior Consultant leading digitalization and transformation projects at elpix. Focusing on technology solutions, process optimization, and team collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digitalization, technology, and transformation projects
- Analyze, model, and optimize processes
- Translate requirements between the business and engineering teams
- Support the establishment of new processes and standards
- Build and maintain relationships with project partners

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Several years of experience leading (large-scale) projects (agile, traditional/waterfall, hybrid)
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops
- Strong skills with M365 and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and MS Project
- Strong interest in technology; basic hands-on experience is an advantage
- Ideally experience in Change Management
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Occasional willingness to travel
