Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of complex features and modules.
Develop CMS components.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Configure and assemble the CMS from a technical perspective.
Support other developers through coaching and code reviews.
Ensure coverage of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; collaborate closely with QA.
Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability.
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
Ensure optimal website performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 2–3 years focused on CMS platforms.
Proven track record of leading or contributing to CMS migration, integration, or customization projects.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in related positions.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Lottie Web animations, etc.).
React is a plus.
Knowledge of freetextmarkup (FTL) is an added advantage.
Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.
Solid understanding of back-end development in TypeScript (Nest.js / Node.js / Java / Spring).
Experience with CMS platforms; Magnolia CMS is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in Git and GitHub with a strong track record of regular commits, pull requests, and active participation in code reviews is mandatory.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
