About the role
- Senior Developer leading the implementation of CMS features and modules for Collective. Collaborating with teams while ensuring code quality and application performance in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of complex features and modules.
- Develop CMS components.

- Configure and assemble the CMS from a technical perspective.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 2–3 years focused on CMS platforms.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to CMS migration, integration, or customization projects.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in related positions.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Lottie Web animations, etc.).
- React is a plus.
- Knowledge of freetextmarkup (FTL) is an added advantage.
- Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of back-end development in TypeScript (Nest.js / Node.js / Java / Spring).
- Experience with CMS platforms; Magnolia CMS is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub with a strong track record of regular commits, pull requests, and active participation in code reviews is mandatory.
