Support the automation of processes and digital products, seeking efficiency and innovation.
Develop improvement plans, support implementations, and produce documentation.
Monitor local and international market trends and best practices.
Contribute to strengthening the Process and Change Management Chapter.
Support the evolution of maturity in Agile and Lean Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Solid experience in process mapping and process engineering.
Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and mapping sessions.
Experience with automation of processes and digital products.
Proactive and analytical mindset to propose solutions.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Lean Yellow Belt certification (minimum).
Knowledge of Scrum, agile ceremonies, and Microsoft Visio.
Intermediate English.
