About the role
- QA Analyst responsible for planning and automating quality tests in tech solutions. Collaborating in agile teams to ensure software delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and automate functional, exploratory and regression tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries;
- Validate bug fixes applied by development and support teams, ensuring there is no regression;
- Create, maintain and update test cases and scenarios in tools such as qTest, Zephyr or equivalents;
- Develop test plans and strategies with a focus on coverage, criticality and risk;
- Execute API, performance, security and database tests as required by each incident;
- Log defects and anomalies with technical clarity, propose hypotheses and collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues;
- Monitor quality metrics and indicators, supporting preventive actions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software quality, methodologies and QA best practices;
- Experience with test management tools (qTest, Zephyr, Jira, TestRail, etc.);
- Experience with manual and automated testing (UI, API, regression);
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and integrations;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and integration with DevOps pipelines;
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6 or equivalents);
- Experience with exploratory testing and risk-based coverage;
- Basic understanding of security testing and validation of REST APIs.
