Digital Performance Marketing Consultant managing SEA/SMM campaigns while working with clients from various industries. Based in Hamburg and Berlin, focusing on performance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Design, implementation and optimization of SEA campaigns (focus on Google Ads, Bing and Facebook) while integrating your clients' overarching, holistic marketing strategies
Develop comprehensive client strategies centered on customer value (SEA, SEM, Amazon, social media and conversion rate optimization)
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients across various industries (B2B, B2C, e‑commerce) and act as their primary point of contact
Setup and configuration of Google Analytics (including GA4) and related tools
Optimize performance KPIs according to client requirements
Conduct competitor and opportunity analyses
Report agreed performance KPIs to your clients
Requirements
You have 1–2 years of professional experience in SEA and ideally broaden this with a holistic performance marketing perspective
You work in a structured, self-driven manner and independently manage projects
You are customer- and results-oriented
You are interested in learning about our clients' industries
You are strong in communication and enjoy personal contact with your clients
You are a team player and interested in knowledge-sharing with colleagues
You speak fluent German (native / C1) and good business English, both written and spoken
