Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and closure reports.
Develop and implement change management strategies to promote the adoption of Salesforce solutions among financial service teams.
Generate and distribute weekly status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of PMO experience leading large technology implementations preferred.
Competent in managing large programs/portfolio.
Proficient in understanding the platform, including its architecture, data model, features, and capabilities.
Expert in developing a comprehensive project plan and milestones.
Expert in managing stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
Expert in allocating resources, managing vendor contracts, and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders and mitigating any financial risk.
Expert in using project management tools like MS Project Plan, Jira, MS Office Timelines.
Leadership: lead internal and client teams across the program, drive key decisions, provide thoughtful leadership to clients, and drive and maintain key metrics across the program (Forecast accuracy, Profitability , methodology and standards compliance).
Expert in maintaining key relationships with clients and building new relationships.
Expert in identifying and expanding opportunities in the programs or expanding footprint within client organizations.
Excellent collaboration and risk management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
Ability to travel as needed.
PMP certification/Master or diploma in Project Management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Project Manager, are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
