About the role
- Salesforce Developer designing and building Salesforce applications at Multitude, a financial innovation team. Enhancing digital experiences for employees and customers with Salesforce technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce to support company programs and initiatives
- Develop highly interactive and responsive UIs using Visualforce, Aura, and LWC
- Build custom Salesforce applications and integrate Salesforce with external systems
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, technical solutions
- Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring alignment with requirements during debugging
- Write robust test classes ensuring >80% code coverage
- Test and validate fixes before deployment to production
- Ensure security best practices and compliance are applied to all Salesforce configurations
- Support day-to-day maintenance and enhancements to Salesforce applications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in configuration, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Apex code (Triggers, Classes, Components), Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, Scheduled and Batch Classes, and Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of AI, analytics, and automation to enhance Salesforce and optimize customer engagement and agent performance
- Experience designing and developing UI/UX interfaces within Salesforce
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems across marketing, service, and reporting
- Strong desire to learn and continuously improve—eager to explore new Salesforce features and technologies
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in IT delivery environments
- Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Nice-to-have: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Talend ETL or similar tools
- Nice-to-have: Experience with REST/SOAP integrations or middleware platforms
